摘要
目的分析中医特色康复护理对脑梗死偏瘫患者的临床效果,为脑梗死偏瘫患者的护理提供参考。方法将2020年3月—2023年1月山东健康颐养集团莱芜中心医院中医老年病科收治的86例脑梗死偏瘫患者作为研究对象,根据患者的护理方式分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合中医特色康复护理措施(中国传统康复治疗、运动治疗、关节松动训练、作业治疗)。比较两组患者干预后运动功能评定量表评分、Berg平衡量表评分、6min步行试验、生活质量综合评定问卷评分。结果观察组上、下肢FMA评分为(57.12±6.74)分、(29.89±3.61)分,高于对照组的(51.31±6.87)分、(26.27±3.54)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Berg平衡量表评分、6min步行试验评分、生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于脑梗死偏瘫患者实施中医特色康复护理,可以促进患者运动功能的恢复,提升患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)characteristic rehabilitation nursing on hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction,and to provide a reference for the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 86 hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of TCM Geriatrics of Shandong Health and Wellness Group Laiwu Central Hospital from March 2020 to January 2023 were the subjects of this study.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each group according to the nursing methods of the patients.The control group performed routine nursing,the observation group combined with TCM characteristic rehabilitation nursing measures on the basis of the control group(Chinese traditional rehabilitation therapy,exercise therapy,joint loosening training,operation therapy).Post-intervention motor function rating scale score,Berg balance scale score,6min walking test and comprehensive quality of life assessment questionnaire score were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The FMA scores of the upper and lower extremities in the observation group were(57.12±6.74)points and(29.89±3.61)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group with(51.31±6.87)points and(26.27±3.54)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Berg balance scale,6minute walking test and various quality of life scores in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of TCM characteristic rehabilitation nursing for hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction could promote the recovery of patients'motor function and improve their quality of life,it was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
