摘要
目的对美国作业治疗协会(AOTA)近几年发布的基于循证的5项作业治疗实践指南进行内容梳理。方法分别对5项指南中的临床问题、证据等级和干预策略进行归纳总结。结果和结论5项指南均重视维持照顾者的角色,关注患者的社会参与,将高科技融入到作业治疗的服务模式当中。
Objective To sort out the contents of five evidence-based occupational therapy practice guidelines issued by the American Occupational Therapy Association(AOTA)in recent years.Methods The clinical problems,evidence levels and intervention strategies in the five guidelines issued by AOTA were summarized respectively.Results and Conclusion All the five guidelines emphasize the role of caregivers,focus on patients'social participation,and integrate high technology into the service mode of occupational therapy.
