摘要
近几年来,护士决策参与模式在护理管理中得到了长足的发展,已成为提高护理质量和保障患者安全的重要策略之一。这种模式强调护士作为患者护理队伍中的核心成员,应该积极地参与到医疗决策中来,不仅要完成医生的命令,还要利用自己的专业知识、对患者的观察和交流能力,为制定个性化的护理方案提供重要的信息。在护理管理中,护士决策参与模式能促进各学科间的密切合作与交流。护理人员应与医务人员,如医师、药剂师等共同商讨治疗方案,以保证决策的全面、科学。同时,也鼓励护理人员主动学习,不断更新专业知识,提高应对复杂医疗环境的能力。此外,护士决策参与模式也重视患者与家人的参与,通过有效的沟通,加强患者的自我管理能力,提高患者治疗的依从性及满意度。该模式的实施,不仅提高了护理质量,而且促进了医患关系的和谐,为患者提供了更安全有效的护理服务。相关研究表明护士决策参与模式的实施,为提高护理质量和提高患者的安全性提供了强有力的保障。未来,随着医疗模式的不断变化,护理专业水平的不断提高,护士决策参与模式将会对护理工作产生更大的影响。本文对护士决策参与模式在护理管理中的应用进展进行综述,以期为提高护理质量提供帮助。
In recent years,the nurse decision-making participation model has made significant progress in nursing management and has become one of the important strategies to improve nursing quality and ensure patient safety.This model emphasizes that nurses,as the core members of the patient nursing team,should actively participate in medical decision-making.They should not only complete the doctor's orders,but also use their professional knowledge,observation and communication skills with patients to provide important information for developing personalized nursing plans.In nursing management,the nurse decision-making participation model can promote close cooperation and communication among various disciplines.Nursing staff should discuss treatment plans with medical personnel such as physicians and pharmacists to ensure comprehensive and scientific decision-making.At the same time,nursing staff are encouraged to actively learn,continuously update their professional knowledge,and improve their ability to cope with complex medical environments.In addition,the nurse decision-making participation model also emphasizes the participation of patients and their families,strengthens patients'self-management ability through effective communication,and improves patients'compliance and satisfaction degree with treatment.The implementation of this model not only improves the quality of nursing,but also promotes the harmony of doctor-patient relationships,providing patients with safer and more effective nursing services.The related studies indicate that the implementation of the nurse decision-making participation model provides strong guarantees for improving nursing quality and enhancing patient safety.In the future,with the continuous changes in medical models and the continuous improvement of nursing professional level,the participation mode of nurses in decision-making will have a greater impact on nursing work.This article reviews the progress of the application of nurse decision-making participation mode in.nursing management,in order to provide assistance for improving the quality of nursing.
