实习护生批判性思维与临床决策能力相关性研究 被引量：40

Study on lorelation between critical thinking and clinical decision-making ability of nursing students

摘要 [目的]了解实习护生批判性思维水平、临床决策能力水平以及两者之间的相关性。[方法]采用问卷调查法对197名实习护生进行批判性思维能力和临床决策能力问卷调查,并对两者进行相关分析。[结果]护生批判性思维能力总分为(13.44±3.29)分,处于偏低水平;护生临床决策能力总分为(131.76±10.45)分,处于中等水平;批判性思维能力与临床决策能力呈正相关。[结论]批判性思维能力可影响护生的临床决策能力,在教学过程中应注意培养护生的批判性思维能力,从而提高护生的临床决策能力。
