摘要
睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)是一种睑板腺发生慢性或弥漫性功能异常的疾病,其特征主要表现为睑板腺开口堵塞、睑板腺分泌物在质和量上发生了明显变化,从而造成泪膜稳定性下降所引发的眼部刺激反应、炎性反应、视力障碍等眼表疾病。MGD在临床中一般被认定为是多种睑板腺异常的总称,血供、神经、泪液以及激素等均是造成睑板腺功能发生异常的影响因素。近年来,随着临床对MGD的深入研究显示,导致相关疾病症状的影响因素被进一步发现,其中主要包括一系列的眼部疾病、患者自身系统性疾病、临床治疗方式、环境影响等因素,都能够引起多种类型的MGD发生。在临床可根据患者发病机制选择针对性的治疗方式,其中包含物理治疗、药物治疗、饮食指导等。当前,医学上对于MGD的诊断标准及疾病分类尚未达到统一,针对MGD患者的治疗多以缓解相关症状为主,无法对疾病进行有效根治。因此,有效分析造成MGD的各种影响因素对于临床治疗有着积极的作用。本文对MGD的影响因素研究进展进行综述,以期为MGD的临床治疗提供帮助。
Meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD)is a chronic or diffuse dysfunction diseaseof meibomian gland,characterized by blocking of meibomian gland orifices and significant changes of meibomian gland secretions in quality and quantity,it can cause ocular surface diseases such as eye irritation response,inflammation reaction,visual disturbance and so on caused by the decrease of tear film stability.MGD is generally considered to be a general term for many kinds of meibomian gland abnormalities in clinic.Blood supply,nerves,tears and hormones are all the influence factors that cause abnormal meibomian gland function.In recent years,with the development of clinical research on MGD,the influencing factors leading to the symptoms of related diseases have been further discovered,these include a series of eye diseases,systemic diseases of patients themselves,clinical treatment method,environmental impact and other factors,which can cause multiple types of MGD to occur.In clinical practice,targeted treatment methods can be selected based on the pathogenesis of patients,including physical therapy,drug therapy,diet guidance,etc.At present,the diagnostic criteria and disease classification of MGD have not reached the same level.The treatment for MGD patients is mainly to relieve the related symptoms,and can not effectively cure the disease.Therefore,effective analysis of the varous influencing factors causing MGD has a positive role for clinical treatment.This article reviews the reach progress on the influencing factors of MGD,in order to provide assistance for the clinical treatment of MGD.
