摘要
目的分析研究睑板腺功能障碍型眼干燥症综合治疗在基层医院的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月阳春市人民医院收治的122例睑板腺功能障碍型眼干燥症患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=61)与观察组(n=61),对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用综合治疗,比较两组治疗效果、泪膜破裂时间、各项临床指标、生活质量。结果分析治疗效果,经治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率(98.36%)较对照组(86.89%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组泪膜破裂时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,和对照组比较,观察组时间更长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组主观症状评分、角结膜荧光素染色试验低于对照组,观察组泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在睑板腺功能障碍型眼干燥症治疗期间,通过予以患者综合治疗,降低临床症状的同时有助于延长泪膜破裂时间,稳定患者的病情,在很大程度上提高了治疗有效率,值得在临床中应用和推广。
Objective To analyze and research the value of comprehensive treatment of xerophthalmia of tarsal gland dysfunction in the application of primary hospitals.Methods A total of 122 patients with xerophthalmia of tarsal gland dysfunction in People’s Hospital of Yangchun city from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(n=61)and the observation group(n=61).The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with comprehensive treatment.The therapeutic efficacy,tear break-up time,various clinical indices and quality of life(QoL)of the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic efficacy was analyzed.After treatment,the total rate of therapeutic efficacy in the observation group was 98.36%,higher than 86.89%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in tear break-up time between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group lasted longer,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The subjective symptoms score and fluorescein staining test of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while schirmmer-test I and break-up time of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The various scores of QoL in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of xerophthalmia of tarsal gland dysfunction,patients are given comprehensive treatment to reduce clinical symptoms.At the same time,the treatment helps to prolong the tear break-up time in order to stabilize the patient’s condition.It has greatly improved the rate of therapeutic efficacy,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
