摘要
螺栓是连接部件中重要的紧固元件,长期服役下的应力状态直接影响整体结构稳定运行。基于此,本文对超声应力测量方法进行理论推导,分析常见相关因素在实际测量过程中可能产生的误差。此外,采用超声双波法应力测量方法对偏离螺栓中心距离的影响因素进行实验。实验结果表明,探头在螺栓中心进行检测时的平均误差比探头偏置螺栓中心的平均误差低10kN,稳定性更好。
As an important fastening element in connecting components,the stress state of bolts under long-term service will directly affect the stable operation of the overall structure.This article will theoretically derive the ultrasonic stress measurement method and analyze the possible errors caused by common related factors in the actual measurement process.Finally,the ultrasonic dual wave stress measurement method was used to conduct experiments on the influencing factors of deviation from the bolt center distance.The experiments showed that the average error of the probe when detecting at the bolt center was 10kN lower than the average error of the probe offset from the bolt center,indicating better stability.
