球铁管球化率超声无损检测中温度修正的探讨 被引量:1

Temperature Revision in Ultrasonic Nondestructive Examination for Nodularity of Centrifugal Spheroidial Graphite Iron Pipe

摘要 球墨铸铁的球化率随超声声速的线性变化关系已经被人们所认同。由于声速还随着温度而改变,测试了从室温到160℃范围内声速随管壁温度的变化规律,结果表明,横波声速随着温度升高而线性降低,并且声速的温度系数几乎不受球化率的影响,据此,可将各个温度下测得的横波声速换算成室温下的声速进行球化率检测,从而排除管壁温度对球化率检测的影响。 The linear relationship between the nodularity and acoustic velocity has been accepted. Since the velocity is temperature dependent, the law of the variation of velocity with temperature from room temperature to 160 ℃ was tested. The result shows that the velocity linearly declines with the increasing of the temperature and the nodularity gives little influence on temperature coefficients of acoustic velocity. Therefore, the transversal wave velocity at various temperatures can be converted to the velocity of room temperature to test nodularity, and then the influence of temperature on nodularity can be eliminated.
