摘要
出于输液、给药、采血等治疗和监测等目的实施的PICC因操作简单、并发症少、被临床广泛应用。通过复习国内外相关文献,笔者发现非正常使用PICC的发生率远超预期,其可造成延长住院、延误治疗、增加费用、增加心理负担、出现严重并发症甚至危及患者生命。在分析PICC非正常使用的影响因素、类型、原因、表现的基础上,应用PICC不良反应评估量表早期识别和预防非正常使用PICC,是改进PICC患者护理的有效应对措施。
Percutaneous insertion of central venous catheter(PICC),which in implemented for therapeutic and monitoring purposes such as infusion,drug administration,and blood collection,is widely used in clinical practice due to its simple operation,few complications,and long service life.By reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad,the author found that the incidence of abnormal use of PICC far expected expectations.It can cause prolonged hospitalisation,delayed treatment,increased costs,psychological burden,serious complications and even endanger patients'life.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors,types,causes and manifestations of abnormal use of PICC,the application of the PICC Adverse Reaction Assessment Scale to identify and prevent abnormal use of PICC at an early stage is an effective countermeasure to improve the nursing of PICC patients.
