摘要
在我国物流行业高速发展的背景下,快递驿站面临运营压力增大、人工分拣效率不高等多重挑战。为此,设计了一款基于STM32F103单片机控制的新型快递驿站自动出库取件系统。该系统融合机电一体化设计理念,集成了梳齿式货架、三轴运动取货平台与串口触摸屏。取件用户通过触摸屏操作选择快递件编号后,三轴运动取货平台即可将相应快递件取出并送至取件窗口,由用户自行取走,从而完成整个快递出库取件流程。本系统有效满足了快递驿站在出库取件环节的市场需求,显著提升了工作效率,为末端物流服务的智能化升级提供了可行路径。
Against the backdrop of the rapid development of China’s logistics industry,express delivery stations are confronted with multiple challenges such as increased operational pressure and low efficiency in manual sorting.For this purpose,a new type of automatic outbound and pick-up system for express delivery stations based on the control of STM32F103 single-chip microcomputer is designed.This system adopts the concept of mechatronics design and integrates comb rack,three-axis motion picking platform and serial port screen.After the user selects the express package number through the touch screen operation,the three-axis motion pick-up platform can take out the corresponding express package and deliver it to the pick-up window,where the user can pick it up by themselves,thus completing the entire express package outbound and pick-up process.This system effectively meets the market demand of express delivery stations in the outbound and pick-up process,significantly improves work efficiency,and provides a feasible path for the intelligent upgrade of last-mile logistics services.
