轨道交通车载控制设备可靠性加速试验优化

Optimization of Accelerated Reliability Test for Onboard Control Equipment of Rail Transport

摘要 针对轨道交通车载控制设备可靠性加速试验中存在的加速应力提取困难、量值不准确及试验周期偏长的问题,提出一种改进的加速试验方法。首先,基于可靠性关键器件的失效主导应力,结合任务剖面筛选加速特征应力集,提高加速试验与实际工况的一致性。其次,采用步进试验理论确定试验应力阈值,在保持失效机理不变的前提下最大限度提升应力强度,实现损伤等效性与试验效率的平衡。最后,针对冗余系统的高可靠性特点,创新性引入马尔科夫状态转移模型,将任务可靠性指标解耦为单套设备的平均故障间隔时间(Mean Time Between Failures,MTBF),大幅缩短试验时间。应用案例表明,该方法在TCR主机加速试验中,不仅提升试验应力的针对性和应力量值的准确性,还将试验时间缩短90%。研究成果为可靠性加速试验提供兼具工程适用性与经济性的方法论参考,对轨道交通车载控制设备开展可靠性加速试验具有一定的指导意义。 In view of the problems of difficulty in accelerated stress extraction,inaccurate stress value and long test cycle in the accelerated reliability test for onboard control equipment of rail transport,this paper proposes an improved method of the accele rated test.First,on the basis of the dominant failure stress of the reliability-critical components,the mission profile is considered to filter the accelerated characteristic stress set,increasing the consistency between the accelerated test conditions and the actual working conditions.Second,the step test theory is adopted to determine the test stress threshold,maximizing the stress intensity without changing the failure mechanism,and striking a balance between damage equivalence and test efficiency.Finally,in view of the high reliability of redundant systems,the Markov state transition model is introduced,as an innovative approach to decouple the task reliability indicator into the Mean Time Between Failures(MTBF)of single-set equipment,substantially reducing the test time.The application case demonstrates that the proposed method not only improves the relevance of the test stress and the accuracy of the stress value,but also shortens the test time by 90% during the accelerated test for the TCR host.The research findings provide methodology reference for the accelerated reliability test in considering both engineering applicability and cost-efficiency,and have certain guiding significance for the accelerated reliability test for the onboard control equipment of rail transport.
