摘要
原发性肝癌是一种临床上常见的恶性肿瘤,起病隐匿,预后差,严重威胁患者的生命健康。对不同时期的肿瘤患者,中医药都发挥着举足轻重的作用。对于肿瘤的治疗,诸多中医古籍中明确表明阳气的重要性,并论述了寒气、阳虚与积聚及肝癌的关系,提示治疗肝癌须温补阳气。现代临床研究发现以温阳法为基本治则能够改善肝癌患者的预后;实验研究亦初步揭示了其作用机制。本文论述了中医药温阳法治疗原发性肝癌的理论探讨及相关研究,以期为阳虚型肝癌患者的中医用药提供思路。
Primary liver cancer is a common malignant tumor in clinical practice,characterized by an insidious onset and poor prognosis,and it poses a serious threat to patients′life and health.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)plays a pivotal role in the management of tumor patients at different stages of the disease.In the treatment of tumors,numerous classical TCM texts have clearly emphasized the importance of yang qi and have discussed the relationships among cold pathogenic factors,yang deficiency,mass formation(ji ju),and liver cancer,suggesting that warming and tonifying yang qi is essential in the treatment of liver cancer.Modern clinical studies have demonstrated that the warming-yang method,as a fundamental therapeutic principle,can improve the prognosis of patients with liver cancer,while experimental studies have preliminarily elucidated its underlying mechanisms.This article reviews the theoretical basis and related research on the treatment of primary liver cancer with the warming-yang method in TCM,with the aim of providing insights for the TCM medication of liver cancer patients with yang-deficiency patterns.
