摘要
基于新时代中小学劳动教育的现实困境,聚焦其师资专业化不足、课程资源匮乏及实施过程形式化等核心问题,提出以高校优质资源为支撑的“两线三进”劳动教育协同育人模式。该模式以劳动体验与科学探究双线融合为教学路径,通过中医药文化、非物质文化遗产与现代劳动技术三类资源进课堂,构建“高校—中小学—社会”多元协同的实施机制。实践表明,该模式有效促进了劳动教育与多学科内容的有机整合,提升了劳动教育的系统性、实效性与创新性,为基础教育阶段劳动教育的体系化建设提供了可操作的实践参考。
Based on the practical difficulties of labor education in primary and secondary schools in the new era,this paper focuses on the core issues such as insufficient professionalization of teaching staff,lack of curriculum resources,and formalized implementation processes.It proposes the“Two Line and Three Entries”labor education collaborative education model supported by high-quality resources in universities.This model integrates labor experience and scientific exploration as the teaching path,and constructs a multi-dimensional collaborative implementation mechanism of“university primary and secondary school society”through the introduction of three types of resources:Chinese herbal culture,intangible cultural heritage,and modern labor technology into the classroom.Practice has shown that this model effectively promotes the organic integration of labor education and multidisciplinary content,enhances the systematicity,effectiveness,and innovation of labor education,and provides practical reference for the systematic construction of labor education in the basic education stage.
