摘要
心力衰竭(HF)是全球范围内常见且影响广泛的心血管病。近年来,经皮去肾神经术(RDN)在HF治疗中的应用,逐步成为新的研究热点。RDN通过降低交感神经活性,减轻心肌损伤,抑制心室重构、改善心脏功能,进而改善HF患者预后。本文旨在总结RDN在HF治疗中的最新进展,从而为HF的治疗提供新的思路。
Heart failure(HF)is a prevalent cardiovascular disorder worldwide.In recent years,renal denervation(RDN)has emerged as a novel research focus for the treatment of HF.By attenuating sympathetic nervous activity,RDN mitigates myocardial injury,inhibits ventricular remodeling,and enhances cardiac function,thereby improving the prognosis of patients with HF.This review aims to summarize the latest advances in the application of RDN in HF management,offering new insights into therapeutic strategies for this condition.
