摘要
目的运用CiteSpace可视化技术系统分析近30年国内自然疗养因子研究动态,明确该领域演进脉络与前沿趋势,为后续研究提供参考。方法以中国知网(CNKI)及万方数据库1995-01-01—2025-06-30收录文献为样本,通过主题词检索筛选“自然疗养因子”相关文献,导入CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件绘制作者、机构、关键词共现及聚类图谱。结果共纳入有效文献296篇。《中国疗养医学》(178篇,45.0%)为核心刊载平台,徐莉(21篇)、王绍林(9篇)为高产学者,兰州军区临潼疗养院(现临潼康复疗养中心,10篇)为关键研究机构;高频关键词聚焦于疗养(28次)、高血压(20次)、应用(17次);关键词突现分析显示运动干预(强度值2.79)、健康(强度值2.26)为当前研究前沿。结论我国自然疗养因子研究文献集中在疗养医学专业期刊,发文量自2010年峰值后显著衰减,呈现“团队孤立化、机构分散化”特征,亟待加强跨机构协作。研究热点从疾病干预转向健康管理,未来应着力探索运动与自然因子协同干预机制和健康效应循证研究体系构建。
Objective To systematically analyze the research dynamics of natural convalescent factors in China over the past 30 years using CiteSpace visualization technology,clarify the evolution and frontier trends in this field,and provide references for subsequent research.Methods Taking the literatures included in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Wanfang Database from January 1,1995 to June 30,2025 as samples,the literatures related to"natural convalescent factors"were screened through the search of subject terms,and the CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was imported to draw the co-occurrence and clustering maps of authors,institutions and keywords.Results A total of 296 valid literatures were included."Chinese Journal of Convalescent Medicine"(178 articles,45.0%)is the core publication platform.Xu Li(21 articles)and Wang Shaolin(9 articles)are productive scholars.Lintong Sanatorium of Lanzhou Military Region(now Lintong Rehabilitation and Recuperation Center)(10 articles)is a key research institution.The high-frequency keywords focused on convalescence(28 times),hypertension(20 times),and application(17 times).Emergent word analysis showed that exercise intervention(intensity value 2.79)and health(intensity value 2.26)are the current research frontiers.Conclusion The research literature on natural therapeutic factors in China is mainly concentrated in professional journals of convalescent medicine.The number of published articles has significantly declined since the peak in 2010,showing the characteristics of"team isolation and institutional dispersion",and it is urgent to strengthen cross-institutional collaboration.The research focus has shifted from disease intervention to health management.In the future,efforts should be made to explore the collaborative intervention mechanism of exercise and natural factors and the construction of an evidence-based research system for health effects.
