摘要
病证结合药理学是在中医药理论指导下,采用现代科学技术研究中药与病证之间相互作用规律的一门学科。病证结合药理学可以将“病”与“证”相结合,研究不同病证状态下,中药与机体相互作用的规律。本文从中药药效学研究、中药功效研究、中医基础理论研究、中药创新药物研发与转化等方面梳理病证结合药理学的应用情况,以期为病证结合药理在中医药领域的应用提供参考和借鉴。
Pharmacology of a combination of disease and syndrome is a discipline that uses modern scientific technology to study the interaction laws between traditional Chinese medicine and disease and syndrome under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory.The discipline can combine“disease”with“syndrome”to investigate the interaction laws between traditional Chinese medicine and the body under different disease and syndrome states.This article reviewed the application of pharmacology of a combination of disease and syndrome from the aspects of research on pharmacodynamics,efficacy,and basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the development and transformation of innovative traditional Chinese medicine drugs,so as to provide reference and guidance for the application of pharmacology of combination of disease and medicine in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
