摘要
以病证结合与生物网络的视角,从疾病、证候、症状不同维度,探讨宏观与微观相结合进行中药复方药理学评价的方法与思路,并根据复方中药多组分、多靶标的特点,借鉴网络药理学的方法,探索一套基于生物网络的中药复方药理学评价对策,以期建立基于生物网络与病证结合的多维度、多层次的中药复方药理学评价体系。
Viewed from the perspective of integration of disease and syndrome and biological networks,the Chinese medicine（CM） pharmacological methods and thoughts should be evaluated from different dimensions such as disease,syndrome,and symptoms both at the macroscopic and the microscopic levels.According to the multi-component,multi-target features of CM compounds,we hope to formulate biological networks based CM pharmacological evaluation strategies,thus establishing multi-dimensional,multi-level CM pharmacological evaluation system.
