摘要
基于“精-气-脉-神”一体生命轴探讨脑动脉粥样硬化的病机及辨证施治特点,认为精气之变,逆伤脑脉,神机失展,即气虚脉积为发病之基,精亏生风为病进之因,风浊扰神为病进之果的病因病机。主张治以疏通气脉,以消脉中之积,而复脉道通利;养精杜风,以断病进之由;脉神同调,形神共治,贯通阴阳,以复神机;如此,精气循脉入脑,髓盈神明,期望为脑动脉粥样硬化的辨治提供新思路。
Based on the integrated life axis of“Jing(精)-Qi(气)-Mai(脉)-Shen(神)”,this study explores the pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,and treatment of cerebral atherosclerosis.It is proposed that changes in Jing and Qi counteract the Mai in the brain,leading to impaired expression of the Shen.Qixumaiji(气虚脉积)is the fundamental cause of disease onset,Jingkuishengfeng(精亏生风)is the driving factor for disease progression,and Fengzhuoraoshen(风浊扰神)is the consequence of disease advancement.The recommended therapeutic principles are dredging Qi and Mai to remove Maiji(脉积)and restore smooth flow in Mai,nourishing Jing and dispelling Feng(风)to halt disease progression,harmonizing Mai and Shen,and treating both Xing(形)and Shen to connect Yin(阴)and Yang(阳)and restore Shenji(神机).In this way,Jing and Qi circulate through Mai into the brain,enriching the Sui(髓)and brightening the Shen,thus providing a new perspective for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of cerebral atherosclerosis.
