摘要
通过湿法激光粒度仪结合光学显微镜表征乳状液粒径分布,电导率仪结合离心机测试乳状液稳定性的方法,研究6种聚甘油脂肪酸酯(PGFEs)对以山梨醇聚醚-30四油酸酯为主乳化剂的卸妆油剂在模拟用水清洗时乳化性能的影响。结果表明,卸妆油剂体系复配PGFEs相比不添加PGFEs,在清洗时形成的乳液粒径更小、粒径分布更均匀、乳液稳定性更好。其中,复配质量分数为1%的聚甘油-2月桂酸酯相比于复配前,乳液粒径细化了62%,半峰宽缩减了41.7%。因此,在卸妆油剂体系中少量复配PGFEs有助于清洗过程中形成更小的乳化微粒,降低破乳的可能性,提升清洗效果,减少潜在油膜感。
The effects of 6 polyglycerol fatty acid esters(PGFEs)on the emulsifying performance of cleansing oil systems containing sorbitan polyethoxylate-30 tetraoleate(30TO)as the primary emulsifier were investigated during water rinsing.Characterisation of the emulsion particle size distribution was conducted using a wet laser particle size analyser combined with optical microscopy,while emulsion stability was assessed via a conductivity meter coupled with a centrifuge.Results indicated that incorporating PGFEs into the cleansing oil formulation yielded smaller emulsion particle sizes,more uniform particle size distribution,and superior emulsion stability during washing compared to formulations without PGFEs.Specifically,adding mass fraction 1%polygyceryl-2 laurate reduced emulsion particle size by 62%and decreased the halfpeak width by 41.7%relative to the base formulation.Consequently,incorporating small amounts of PGFEs into the cleansing oil formulation aided in forming smaller emulsified particles during washing.This reduced the likelihood of emulsion breakdown,improved cleansing efficacy,and reduced greasy film perception.
