摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中补骨脂酚含量。样品经甲醇提取,用Waters XBridge BEH C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm×5.0μm)分离,以体积分数88%的甲醇水溶液为流动相等度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长261 nm。结果表明,在0.5~100 mg/L内,补骨脂酚线性关系良好,相关系数(R)大于0.9999,方法检出限为30μg/g,定量限为90μg/g,回收率为96.33%~102.11%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.68%~2.08%,日内、日间精密度和稳定性的RSD均小于2.5%。该方法操作简便、精密度高、回收率好,适用于化妆品中补骨脂酚含量的测定。
A high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of bakuchiol in cosmetics was established.The samples were extracted by methanol and separated on Waters XBridge BEH C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm×5.0μm),eluted by methanol aqueous solution with a volume fraction of 88%as the isocratic mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,column temperature was 30℃and detection wavelength was 261 nm.The results showed that in the range of 0.5-100 mg/L,bakuchiol had a good linear relationship with correlation coefficient(R)greater than 0.9999.The limit of detection was 30μg/g,and the limit of quantification was 90μg/g.The recoveries were 96.33%-102.11%with the relative standard deviation(RSDs)of 0.68%-2.08%,and the RSDs of intra-day and inter-day precision and stability were all less than 2.5%.The method is simple in operation,high in precision and good in recovery,and is suitable for determination of bakuchiol in cosmetics.
