摘要
采用实地实验研究方法,检验信息支持、环境创设和奖励激励3种柔性干预形式的促进效应、作用机制、异质性作用和差异化影响。结果表明,柔性干预对青少年课外阅读习惯具有正向促进效应,而效用的发挥有赖于增强青少年阅读兴趣、增进自我效能感、提升阅读素养和激活阅读动机的机制来实现。环境创设的促进作用最大,奖励激励次之,信息支持最弱。环境创设和奖励激励对女性、低学历父母、低收入家庭的青少年和农村的青少年群体的促进效应更为显著,信息支持对高学历父母和城市青少年群体阅读行为的持续固化作用更加明显。应当动态运用干预策略,精准设计个性化干预方案,构建全面覆盖、全体受益和普惠高效的保障体系,助力青少年从偏读厌读走向主动乐读。
This paper adopts a field experiment approach to test the promotion effect,mechanisms,heterogeneity,and differential impacts of three flexible intervention strategies:information support,environment creation,and reward incentives.The findings reveal that the flexible intervention positively influences adolescents'extracurricular reading habits.Its effectiveness depends on the mechanisms that enhance reading interest,improve self-efficacy,develop reading literacy,and activate reading motivation among adolescents.Environment creation has the strongest promotion effect,followed by reward incentives,while information support has the weakest.The promotion effect of environment creation and reward incentives is more pronounced among females,youth from low-educated households,low-income families,and rural areas.Information support has a more pronounced long-term stabilizing effect on the reading behavior of youth from highly educated households and urban areas.Adolescents should be supported in transitioning from limited and reluctant reading to active and joyful reading through the dynamic use of intervention strategies,the precise design of personalized intervention programs,and the construction of a comprehensive,inclusive,and efficient support system.
