摘要
采用主观幸福感量表、一般自我效能感量表、心理韧性量表、社会支持评定量表对1 007名大学生进行问卷调查,并选取主观幸福感水平最低的40名大学生,对其开展干预实验研究。结果显示:(1)一般自我效能感对大学生的主观幸福感有显著的正向预测作用;(2)心理韧性在一般自我效能感对主观幸福感的影响中具有显著中介作用;(3)社会支持在一般自我效能感与心理韧性的作用路径中起负向调节作用;(4)体验式团体心理教育模式对大学生一般自我效能感、心理韧性和社会支持的干预作用显著,对主观幸福感的间接干预作用显著。
Using the subjective well-being scale,the general self-efficacy scole,resilience scale and social suppert scale,we surveyed 1007 college students,and selected 40 college students with the lowest levels of subjective well-being level and conducted intervention experimental on them.The results showed that:(1)general self-efficacy had a significant positive prediction function on the subjective well-being of college students;(2)resilience played a significant mediating role in the effect of general self-efficacy on subjective well-being;(3)social support played a negative moderating role in the pathway of general self-efficacy and resilience;(4)the experiential group psycho-educational model had a significant effect on the general self-efficacy,resilience and social support of college students,and an indirect intervention on subjective well-being.
