摘要
本文聚焦新疆国际医疗中心“三位一体”项目建设(以下简称:项目建设),探讨依托国内院士团队、医科大学、知名医疗机构,结合新疆医科大学等疆内基础医疗资源,建设国际化、智能化新型医疗机构。通过分析以主动健康为核心的“新疆医药健康服务新模式”,结合国家“一带一路”倡议,阐述国际化、智能化新型医药健康服务新的举措。进一步确定“项目建设”是新疆维吾尔自治区“五大中心”建设规划的重要组成部分;是国家推进丝绸之路经济带核心区建设的重点工程;是立足新疆、辐射中亚区域的国家医药健康服务的科技创新高地;是带动国家医药健康服务事业高质量发展的标志性、示范性项目的重要定位。
This paper focuses on the"trinity"project construction of Xinjiang International Medical Center(hereinafter referred to as"project construction"),exploring the construction of an international and intel-ligent new-type medical institution by relying on domestic academicians'teams,medical universities,and well-known medical institutions,andcombining with basic medical resources within Xinjiang such as Xin-jiang Medical University.By analyzing the"new model of medical and health services in Xinjiang"centered on active health and in combination with the national"Belt and Road"development strategy,this paper ex-pounds the innovative measures of internationalized and intelligent new-type medical and health services.Further confirm that"project construction"is an important component of the construction plan for the"Five Centers"in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.It is a key project for the country to promote the con-struction of the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt.It is a national highland of scientific and techno-logical innovation in medical and health services,based in Xinjiang and radiating to the Central Asian re-gion.It is an important positioning of a landmark and exemplary project that drivesthe high-quality devel-opment of the national medical and health service industry.
