摘要
国家医学中心作为我国医疗服务体系的顶层设计,通过医疗资源整合与辐射带动,推动优质医疗资源下沉,促进区域医疗服务同质化发展。文章阐述多家主体医院共建模式下的国家口腔医学中心工作平台建设,包括平台架构、服务内容和流程、运营模式等内容,指出该平台的应用有助于主体医院、专科联盟成员单位和基层口腔医院的协同合作,进而提高多中心协作效率,促进远程医疗合作,扩大适宜技术推广范围,增加人才培养数量,推动优质医疗资源均衡发展,以履行国家口腔医学中心主要职责,完成分级诊疗任务目标,为多家主体医院共建模式下国家医学中心工作平台建设提供借鉴和参考。
As the top-level design of China's medical service system,national medical centers promote the downward flow of high-quality medical resources and facilitate the homogenization of regional medical services through the integration and radiation drive of medical resources.This article expounds the construction of the working platform of the national center for stomatology under the co-construction model of multiple leading hospitals,including the platform architecture,service contents and processes,operation model,etc..It points out that the application of this platform is conducive to the collaborative cooperation among leading hospitals,member units of the specialized alliance and grassroots stomatological hospitals,thereby improving the efficiency of multi-center collaboration and promoting remote medical cooperation.Expand the scope of promotion of appropriate technologies,increase the number of talents cultivated,and promote the balanced development of high-quality medical resources to fulfill the main responsibilities of the national center for stomatology,complete the task goals of hierarchical medical treatment,and provide reference and guidance for the construction of the working platform of the national medical center under the co-construction model of multiple leading hospitals.
