摘要
目的:采用文献计量学分析方法研究近十年老视相关研究领域的现状及其研究热点演变。方法:文献计量学分析法。通过检索Web of Science核心合集数据库,提取2014—2024年老视相关研究文献,使用CiteSpace软件对年发文量、国家和地区分布、机构来源、作者合作、高被引文献、关键词和聚类等方面进行绘制图谱作可视化分析。结果:共检索并纳入1046篇文献,其中发文量排名前五的国家依次为美国、西班牙、英国、德国和中国;发文量最高的机构是澳大利亚新南威尔士大学;研究热点从早期集中于对老视的生理机制和手术矫治方法的探索,逐步转向对多焦点光学矫治、药物矫治等非手术精细化及个性化方案的研究,同时开始有更多对以老视患者为中心的人本保健管理的诊疗探究。结论:老视相关的视觉功能衰退在老龄化社会中凸显其对生活质量的影响,其发生发展机制和干预研究不断有新的突破,临床新方法层出不穷,从技术创新走向人文关怀和诊治综合。中国学者在其研究进展中有一席之位。
Objective:This study aims to examine the current situation and hotspots in the field of presbyopia over the past decade using bibliometric analysis.Methods:Bibliometric analysis.Articles published between 2014 and 2024 were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database.CiteSpace was used to perform a visualization analysis of the annual number of publications,countries,institutions,authors,highly cited literature and keywords.Results:A total of 1046 articles were analyzed.The United States,Spain,the United Kingdom,Germany,and China ranked as the top five countries in publication numbers,with the University of New South Wales being the most prolific institution.The study trends had evolved from early investigations into the physiological mechanisms and surgical correction of presbyopia to more sophisticated and individualized approaches,including multifocal optical correction and pharmacological therapies.Additionally,there was an increasing emphasis on patient-centered care and management strategies,which highlights the importance of holistic well-being.Conclusion s:The decline in visual function due to presbyopia is becoming increasingly prominent in aging societies and significantly affects quality of life.Studies on its mechanisms and treatments are advancing rapidly.Clinical approaches are shifting from a focus solely on technological innovation to a more holistic model that includes humanistic care and comprehensive treatment.Chinese scholars have made important contributions to this field.
