调相机外冷水系统漏水问题分析及改进措施

摘要 文章旨在解决某调相机工程外冷水系统不锈钢喷淋管道腐蚀漏水问题,分析了造成管道腐蚀漏水的主要原因,采用试验手段确认了管道母材成分、金相组织,检测了蚀孔形貌、元素组成,明确了蚀孔形成原因并提出了优化改进措施。通过切断Cl^(-)来源、规范设备调试操作、定期开展水质监测、优化设备运维方案等措施,可有效避免管道腐蚀漏水问题发生。 This article aims to solve the problem of corrosion and leakage of stainless steel spray pipes in the external cooling water system of a certain phase-shifting camera project.The main causes of pipeline corrosion and water leakage were analyzed,and the composition and metallographic structure of the pipeline base material were confirmed through experimental methods.The morphology and elemental composition of the corrosion holes were detected,and the reasons for the formation of corrosion holes were clarified.Optimization and improvement measures were proposed.By cutting off the source of chloride ions,standardizing equipment debugging operations,regularly conducting water quality monitoring,optimizing equipment operation and maintenance plans,and other measures,the problem of pipeline corrosion and water leakage can be effectively avoided.
