摘要
随着工农业发展的需要,电网的容量愈来愈大,发电设备逐渐迈向巨型化,发电设备传统的冷却技术受到严峻挑战。人们在优化设计、提高工艺的同时,通过尝试各种冷却组合、改变冷却介质形成了各式各样的冷却方式,同时对冷却结构的研究手段、研究方法以及绝缘、密封等相关技术也取得了突飞猛进的进步。就目前大型发电设备特别是水轮发电机常见的冷却方式按气冷、气液冷和液冷三大类进行了阐述。
As the fast developing of industry and agriculture, the power net capacity is getting bigger ana Digger, ana the power generating equipment is becoming much huger, which makes an austere challenge to the traditional cooling technology of large generator. People found various of cooling methods through trying of any possible cooling combination and changing different coolants while optimizing and perfecting manufacture technology. Meanwhile, rapid progress was achieved on research approaches of cooling structure, insulation and sealing etc.. Three familiar types of cooling methods as air-cooling, air-fluid cooling as well as fluid cooling aiming at the present large power generating equipment in particular hydro generator were describled.
