摘要
长距离输电网长期暴露在自然环境中,不可避免地面临着各种极端天气条件的严峻考验,其中风灾是造成输电线路故障和大面积停电的重要原因。强风不仅会直接造成输电线路断线、杆塔倾覆,而且可能诱发导线舞动、风偏等次生灾害,对电网的韧性与可靠性造成持续威胁。因此,对输电线路抗风加固技术进行深入研究,提高其抗风能力,是电网安全领域亟待解决的重要问题。
Long-distance transmission networks are exposed to natural environments for a long time and inevitably face severe tests from various extreme weather conditions,among which wind disasters are an important cause of transmission line failures and large-scale power outages.Strong winds not only directly cause transmission line disconnections and tower overturning,but may also trigger secondary disasters such as conductor dancing and wind deviation,posing a sustained threat to the resilience and reliability of the power grid.Therefore,conducting in-depth research on wind resistant reinforcement technology for transmission lines and improving their wind resistance capabilities is an important issue that urgently needs to be addressed in the field of power grid safety.
