基于空心微珠/环氧材料的复合横担用轻质高绝缘复合芯棒老化特性研究

摘要 复合绝缘横担能有效降低线路风偏、覆冰、鸟害闪络事故,并缩减线路走廊宽度,但因玻璃纤维复合材料实心棒质量大,影响其规模化应用。而基于空心微珠/环氧材料制备的轻质高绝缘复合芯棒,能有效降低传统实心棒质量。本文系统研究了轻质复合芯棒在老化前、加载负荷后、12万次振动疲劳试验后和20天高低温循环老化试验后的性能变化情况,探讨其工程应用的可靠性。结果表明:轻质复合芯棒样品水扩散泄漏电流为72μA,交流电气强度为83kV/cm,相比传统玻纤复合材料实心棒分别降低了40.2%和提高了50.9%。经过加速老化,轻质复合芯棒样品的性能会降低,其中高低温循环老化对芯棒性能的影响最大,试验后轻质复合芯棒样品的水扩散泄漏电流和电气强度分别升高了86.8%和降低了42.2%,但其染料渗透、热诱导、水扩散泄漏电流及交流电气强度依然满足DL/T 1580—2021标准规定值。 Composite insulation cross-arms can effectively reduce the wind deviation,icing,bird damage flashover accidents of the line,and reduce the width of line corridor.However,the large weight of traditional glass fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)solid rods limit their large-scale application.Lightweight and high-insulation composite core rods fabricated with hollow microsphere/epoxy resin materials can effectively reduce the weight of conventional solid rods.The study systematically investigated the performance changes of lightweight composite core rod samples under four conditions:preageing,post-loading,after 120000 cycles of vibration fatigue testing,and after 20 days of high-low temperature cyclic ageing testing,with the aim of evaluating their reliability for engineering applications.The test results show that the water diffusion leakage current of the lightweight composite core rod sample is 72μA,and the AC electric strength is 83 kV/cm,which decreases by 40.2%and increases by 50.9%,respectively compared with the traditional glass fiber composite solid rod.After accelerated ageing,the performance of the lightweight composite core rod samples would decrease.Among them,high and low temperature cycle ageing has the greatest impact on the performance of core rod.After the test,the water diffusion leakage current and electric strength of the sample increase by 86.8%and decrease by 42.2%,respectively,but its dye penetration,thermal induction,water diffusion leakage current,and AC electric strength still meet the specified value in DL/T 1580—2021 standard.
