摘要
某钻井平台计量泵使用10寸的叶轮,并改造使用双机械密封,在正常泥浆比重作业情况下,离心泵的排量正常,工作平稳。但是当泥浆比重提升至12PPG以上时,经常出现计量泵运转一段时间后,排量逐渐下降,直至没有排量的情况,严重影响了正常的灌浆作业。考虑到泥浆比重和计量泵本身性能的问题,需要重新对计量泵的作业能力进行校核,并进行适当的改造,以满足高泥浆比重的作业要求。
The tripping pump of a drilling rig uses a 10-inch impeller and a double mechanical seal.Under normal mud gravity operation,the centrifugal pump has a normal discharge and works smoothly.However,when the specific gravity of the mud increases to more than 12PPG,the discharge of the tripping pump often decreases gradually after running for a period of time until there is no discharge,which seriously affects the normal grouting operation.Taking into account the mud weight and the performance of the tripping pump,it is necessary to re-check the operating capacity of the tripping pump and carry out appropriate modification to meet the requirements of high mud weight operation.
