摘要
如今,高质量发展是我国经济建设新征程上的核心战略导向,而以新质生产力驱动冰雪产业高质量发展,有助于我国加快体育强国建设步伐。通过分析新质生产力驱动冰雪产业高质量发展的内在关联,指出新质生产力以推动冰雪产业数字化转变实现创新技术赋能,以优化冰雪产业结构实现要素优化融合,以构建低碳生态模式实现产业绿色转型;但当前这一进程也面临着冰雪产业科技创新空间升级乏力、尚未充分开发应用产业数据要素、冰雪产业复合型人才培养机制不够健全等多向困境。提出加强冰雪产业战略定位,加快科技创新产业升级;激活数据要素价值潜能,驱动冰雪产业新质动能;完善冰雪人才培育机制,全面夯实人才储备基础等实践路径。通过借助新质生产力实现冰雪产业高质量发展,从而使我国形成特色化、现代化的体育发展格局,实现国家战略、民生福祉与经济发展等多个层面的顺应与交汇。
Nowadays,high-quality development is the core strategic orientation for China on its new journey of economic construction.Driving the high-quality development of the ice and snow industry with new-quality productive forces is conducive to accelerating China’s pace of building itself into a sports power.By analyzing the internal connection between new-quality productive forces and the high-quality development of the ice and snow industry,this paper points out that new-quality productive forces realize the empowerment of innovative technologies by promoting the digital transformation of the ice and snow industry,achieve the optimized integration of factors by optimizing the structure of the ice and snow industry,and realize the green transformation of the industry by constructing a low-carbon ecological model.However,the current process is also faced with multi-dimensional dilemmas,such as the insufficient upgrading of the scientific and technological innovation space in the ice and snow industry,the inadequate development and application of industrial data elements,and the imperfect training mechanism for interdisciplinary talents in the ice and snow industry.Accordingly,this paper puts forward practical paths,including strengthening the strategic positioning of the ice and snow industry to accelerate the industrial upgrading driven by scientific and technological innovation,activating the value potential of data elements to drive the new-quality momentum of the ice and snow industry,and improving the talent cultivation mechanism for the ice and snow industry to fully consolidate the foundation of talent reserve.By realizing the high-quality development of the ice and snow industry with the help of new-quality productive forces,China will form a distinctive and modern pattern of sports development,and achieve the alignment and convergence of national strategies,people’s well-being,economic development and other aspects.
