基于磁化电流法的耦合双梁磁力建模与分析

摘要 提出一种基于磁电流理论的耦合双梁能量采集器磁力建模方法,建立耦合双梁能量采集器的机电耦合动力学方程,结合磁电流法推导了相邻磁体间的非线性磁力表达式,揭示磁铁间距与磁化强度对系统势能分布及稳态特性的调控机制。研究结果表明,当磁化强度为10.3×10^(5) A/m时,理论模型与实测静态恢复力具有较高的吻合度;通过调节磁铁间距,系统可呈现双稳态特征。 A magnetic force modeling method for dual-coupling beams energy harvester based on the magnetic current theory was proposed.The nonlinear magnetic force expression between adjacent magnets was derived through establishing the electromechanical coupling dynamic equations of the dual-coupling beams energy harvester and applying the magnetization current method.This derivation reveals how magnet spacing and magnetization intensity regulate the system′s potential energy distribution and steady-state characteristics.The research results show that when the magnetization intensity is 10.3×10^(5) A/m,the theoretical model has a high degree of consistency with the measured static restoring force.The system can exhibit bistable characteristics by adjusting the magnet spacing.
