分子检测技术用于宫颈癌筛查和早期诊断中国专家共识(2025年版)

摘要 宫颈癌是严重威胁女性健康最主要的生殖系统恶性肿瘤。随着分子生物学技术的不断发展,分子检测技术如人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测、脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)甲基化检测等在宫颈癌的筛查、早期诊断等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。本共识根据宫颈癌筛查现状,结合分子检测技术进展,对宫颈癌筛查和诊断相关分子检测技术进行总结,规范相关分子检测技术在宫颈癌筛查中的应用,为宫颈癌的筛查、早期诊断提供有力的支持。 Cervical cancer is the most significant malignant tumor of the reproductive system that poses a serious threat to women's health.With the continuous development of molecular biology technology,molecular detection techniques such as HPV testing and DNA methylation testing are playing an increasingly important role in screening and early diagnosis of cervical cancer.This consensus summarizes the molecular detection technologies related to cervical cancer screening and diagnosis based on the current status of cervical cancer screening and the progress of molecular detection technology.It standardizes the application of relevant molecular detection technologies in cervical cancer screening and provides strong support for the screening and early diagnosis of cervical cancer.
