摘要
针对某石化公司丁二烯装置脱重塔管线易泄漏,剖析了其成因,并且提出了解决方案。结果表明:介质中游离水、溶解氧及气液两相流的力学磨损导致冲刷腐蚀,在复杂流动条件下对管线造成破坏;工艺操作参数如进料温度、塔顶压力、回流比的波动也增加了泄漏风险。通过优化运行参数,严格控制脱重塔压力、回流罐液位等,降低物料对管线的冲击和腐蚀;开展技术改造,升级关键部位材质,加高回流罐隔流沉降挡板,控制乙腈含量,定期跟踪管线壁厚,降低泄漏风险。实施上述措施后,有效解决了管线泄漏问题。
In a certain petrochemical company,the pipelines of the heavy component removal tower in the butadiene unit are prone to leakage.The causes were analyzed,and solutions were proposed.The results showed that,free water,dissolved oxygen in the medium and gas-liquid two-phase flow mechanical wear caused erosion-corrosion to damage the pipelines under complex flow conditions.The fluctuation of process operation parameters such as feed temperature,top pressure of the tower and reflux ratio also increased the leakage risk.By optimizing the operation parameters and strictly controlling the pressure of the heavy-ends removal tower,the liquid-level of the reflux drum,and so on,the impact and corrosion of the materials on the pipelines were reduced.Technical transformation was carried out to decrease the leakage risk,such as upgrading the materials of key parts,raising the baffle of the reflux drum for flow separation and settlement,controlling the acetonitrile content,and regularly monitoring the pipeline wall-thickness.After the implementation of these measures,the problem of pipeline leakage was effectively solved.
