摘要
为解决4.5万t/a碳四抽提丁二烯装置产能不达标、能耗高、脱重塔釜丁二烯损失大等问题,中国石油兰州石化分公司合成橡胶厂进行了脱瓶颈技术改造。主要改造内容改造一萃塔内件;改变二萃系统回流方式;改变脱轻塔加料方式;取消一萃上塔换热流程;将塔器塔盘更换为ADV微分浮阀塔盘;将离心泵更换为屏蔽泵;采用导波雷达液位计等。改造后,碳四最大处理量由8.6t/h提高到11.0t/h,脱重塔釜丁二烯损失率由17%下降为5%以下,装置能耗[m(标准油)/m(丁二烯)]由389kg/t下降为335kg/t,丁二烯产品中乙腈质量分数由46×10-6下降为12×10-6,乙烯基乙炔质量分数由14×10-6下降为9×10-6,2004年增产丁二烯10.176kt。
The remoulding of 45 kt/a acetonitrile extraction butadiene plant in Synthetic Rubber Factory of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company was introduced.By adopting advanced technology,the maxinmum thruput of C-4 was increased from 8.6 t/h to 11.0 t/h,the loss rate of butadiene decreased from 17% to 5%,the consumption of energy decreased from 389 kg/t to 335 kg/t,the mass fraction of acetonitrile and vinyl acetylene in butadiene was decreased from 46×10 -6 and 14×10 -6 to 12×10 -6 and 9×10 -6 respectively.The output of butadiene increased more than 10 kt in 2004.
