摘要
新能源产业的快速迭代对电化学人才能力结构提出了复合型要求。本文分析了电化学产业化进程中的具体人才需求,剖析了当前高校人才培养中存在的课程内容滞后,实践环节与产业脱节,产教融合表层化等结构性困境,并从课程内容、教学方法及合作模式三个层面探索了改革路径。本研究旨在为我国高校电化学专业的人才培养体系优化提供针对性策略,以提升人才供给与产业需求的契合度。
The rapid evolution of the new energy industry demands multidisciplinary competencies from electrochemical professionals.This study examines the specific talent requirements in industrialization processes,identifies structural challenges in current university education including outdated curricula,disconnect between practical training and industry needs,and superficial industryacademia integration and proposes reform strategies across three dimensions:curriculum design,teaching methodologies,and collaborative models.The research aims to provide targeted solutions for optimizing electrochemistry talent development systems in Chinese universities,thereby enhancing the alignment between academic training and industrial demands.
