摘要
从马克思主义劳动观对大学生就业情况进行审视,发现其主要存在过度功利化、短视化、工具化等问题。把马克思主义劳动观融入就业指导,有利于大学生理解就业的人文价值、社会逻辑以及终极价值。应坚持教育与生产劳动相结合的方针,通过加强宣传教育、开展专业技能竞赛,促进大学生马克思主义劳动观的价值内化,践行马克思主义劳动观,增强大学生的拼搏精神和创新能力,从而推进就业从“生存适配”向“价值实现”范式转变,进一步激发大学生投身民族复兴伟业的内在动力。
Examining the employment of college students from the perspective of Marxist labor view,it is found that there are four main problems.Incorporating the Marxist concept of labor into employment guidance helps college students understand the humanistic value,social logic,and ultimate value of employment.By strengthening publicity and education,adhering to the principle of combining education with productive labor,carrying out professional skills competitions,promoting the internalization of Marx labor views into college students′values,consciously practicing Marxist labor views,enhancing college students′enterprising spirit and innovation ability,thus promoting employment from the"survival adaptation"to the"value realization"paradigm,and further stimulating college students′inherent motivation to engage in the great cause of national rejuvenation.
