摘要
党建工作与业务工作各具特点,推进二者融合是永恒的课题。文章阐述了党建与业务融合的重要意义,剖析了党建与业务融合难的深层次原因,总结了农业科研单位党建引领乡村振兴的实践探索,从提高共识度、找准结合点、健全机制和丰富抓手等方面提出了推进党建与业务融合的对策建议,以期为科研单位以高质量党建推进高质量农业强国建设提供借鉴。
Party building work and business work each have their own characteristics,and promoting their integration is an eternal task.This paper expounded on the important significance of integrating Party building and business work,analyzed the in-depth reasons for the difficulty in their integration,summarized the practical explorations of agricultural scientific research institutions in advancing rural revitalization led by Party building,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the integration from aspects such as enhancing consensus,identifying key integration points,improving mechanisms,and enriching implementation approaches.The aim is to provide reference for scientific research institutions to promote the construction of a high-quality strong agricultural country through high-quality Party building.
