摘要
奋斗精神是高职院校学生所应具备的核心素养,而空间转向为其培育工作的时空范式重塑提供了良好契机与广阔平台。当前,奋斗精神培育空间正经历从实体存在向虚实同构的融合转向,从单一主体向多元参与的协同拓展,从静态固化向动态生成的创新发展,以及从外显表征向内敛沉浸的价值升华。然而,资源配置失衡导致物理空间碎片化,利益博弈失调引发社会空间竞争化,技术应用失能制约网络空间数智化升级,价值引领失序加剧精神空间虚无化等现实困境,严重影响了奋斗精神培育成效。为破解上述难题,应通过资源整合,构建虚实融合的空间场景体系;通过健全机制,优化多元协同的空间生态;通过技术赋能,提升智慧创新的空间效能;通过价值引领,营造文化浸润的空间氛围,将空间转向的发展机遇转化为高职院校学生奋斗精神培育的实践效能。
The fighting spirit is the core quality that students in higher vocational colleges should possess,and the spatial transformation offers a great chance and a broad platform for the reconstruction of the space-time paradigm of the cultivation of the fighting spirit.At present,the space for cultivating the fighting spirit is experiencing an integrative transformation from physical existence to a combination of physical and virtual spaces,a collaborative extension from single-subject to multi-party participation,the innovative development from static immobilization to dynamic generation,and the value enhancement from explicit manifestations to introverted immersion.However,realistic dilemmas including that the imbalance of resource allocation leads to the fragmentation of physical space,the imbalance of interest game leads to the competition of social space,the failure of technology application restricts the digital and intelligent upgrading of cyberspace,and the disorder of value guidance aggravates the nihility of spiritual space,seriously affect the effectiveness of the cultivation of the fighting spirit.In order to solve these problems,it is proposed to build a spatial scene system with integration of virtuality and reality through resource integration;optimize the multi-coordinated spatial ecology through the improvement of mechanisms;enhance the spatial efficiency of smart innovation through technology empowerment;create a space atmosphere of cultural infiltration through value guidance,so as to transform the development opportunities of spatial transformation into the practical effectiveness of cultivating the fighting spirit of students in higher vocational colleges.
