摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,探析金融支持体育产业成为国民经济支柱性产业的发展机遇、现实阻滞,并提出推进路径。发展机遇:产融结合的内在协同,产业链延展下的金融赋能,政策引导下的外部红利。现实阻滞:政策导向明晰但落地效能有待检验,资金供需错配现象严峻,多样化融资功能尚未发挥,企业融资问题亟待解决,产品单一且适配性不足。推进路径:健全政策供给体系,强化地方政策落地效能;加大信贷支持力度,打造现代化信贷市场;完善资本市场功能,构建多层次资本市场;拓宽融资渠道,强化体育企业多元融资能力;创新金融产品,推动“五篇大文章”深度嵌入。
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the development opportunities and practical obstacles of financial support for the sports industry to become a pillar industry of the national economy,and proposed advancement paths.Development opportunities:They are the internal synergy of the integration of industry and fi nance,the fi nancial empowerment under the extension of the industrial chain,and the external dividends guided by policies.Practical obstacles:The policy orientation is clear,but the implementation effectiveness remains to be tested.The mismatch between supply and demand of funds is severe.The diversifi ed fi nancing function has not yet been exerted.The fi nancing problems of enterprises need to be solved urgently.The products are single and have insuffi cient adaptability.Advancement paths:We should improve the policy supply system to enhance the effectiveness of local policy implementation,increase credit support to build a modern credit market,improve the functions of the capital market to build a multi-level capital market,broaden fi nancing channels to enhance the diversifi ed fi nancing capabilities of sports enterprises,and innovate fi nancial products to promote the in-depth integration of the"Five Major Articles".
