全面绿色转型视域下大学生绿色就业教育的现实困境和实践进路

The Realistic Dilemma and Practical Approach of Green Employment Education for College Students in the Perspective of Comprehensive Green Transformation

摘要 绿色就业是推动环境保护、驱动经济增长、促进人的全面发展的新型就业形态,具有环境友好、绿智共生、绿惠民生、动态发展的重要特征。大学生绿色就业教育是提升大学生绿色职业竞争力与促进高质量充分就业的重要途径,也是推动经济社会全面绿色转型和高质量发展的必然举措。然而,当前大学生绿色就业教育存在学科专业设置与绿色发展需求脱节、绿色课程体系碎片化、教师队伍结构单一与评价机制僵化、职业生涯引导缺乏全程性与就业信息传递不畅、协同机制与追踪反馈机制不完善等现实困境。加强大学生绿色就业教育应遵循“战略引领—理论创新—教育实践—目标实现”的递进式发展逻辑框架,从以下几方面提出实践进路:(一)对标“双碳”目标,建设与经济社会绿色发展相适配的学科专业;(二)聚焦绿色技能培养,构建深度融合的大学生绿色就业知识能力教育课程体系;(三)优化师资素养,建设专兼结合的大学生绿色就业教育师资队伍;(四)健全协同机制,形成多方协同的绿色就业育人格局;(五)强化职业生涯引导,打造系统高效的绿色职业规划与就业指导体系;(六)提升教育成效,建立绿色就业追踪与反馈机制。从多方面系统发力,共同推动绿色转型与大学生绿色就业的高质量发展。 Green employment is a new form of employment that promotes environmental protection,drives economic growth,and facilitates the all-round development of individuals.It is characterized by environmental friendliness,green intelligence and symbiosis,green benefits for the people,and dynamic development.Green employment education for college students is an important pathway to enhance their green professional competitiveness and promote high-quality and adequate employment.It is also an inevitable measure to drive the comprehensive green transformation and high-quality development of the socio-economic sector,providing a solid talent foundation for the development of green industries and the green economy.However,current green employment education for college students faces practical challenges such as a mismatch between disciplinary programs and green development needs,fragmented green course systems,limited teacher recruitment channels and rigid evaluation mechanisms,lack of comprehensive career guidance and poor dissemination of employment information,inadequate collaborative mechanisms,and incomplete tracking and feedback systems.Strengthening green employment education for college students should follow a progressive development logic framework of“strategic guidance-theoretical innovation-educational practice-goal achievement”.This involves aligning with the“dual carbon”goals to build disciplines and specialties compatible with green socio-economic development;focusing on green skill cultivation to construct an integrated green employment knowledge and ability education curriculum system for college students;enhancing faculty competence to build a combined team of full-time and part-time educators for green employment education;improving collaborative mechanisms to form a collaborative framework for green employment education;strengthening career guidance to establish a systematic and efficient green career planning and employment guidance system;and enhancing educational outcomes by establishing a green employment tracking and feedback mechanism.These efforts should be implemented systematically across the entire value chain and with multiple stakeholders to promote mutual reinforcement between green development and green employment for college students.
