摘要
就业是民生之本,残障大学生要想实现充分且高质量的就业,离不开完善的高校就业指导体系。作为系统性的就业服务架构,残障大学生就业指导体系具有全程性、多面向、牵涉广的特点,由个性化评估、就业信息收集、职业技能培训、心理支持、资源整合等模块构成并有效运作。目前高校面向残疾学生的就业指导体系面临碎片化、服务同质化、政策落地效果尚待提升、师资能力存在短板等问题。高校需要优化现有就业指导体系,构建三维联动就业指导生态系统,加强精准服务,提升政策执行效能,强化师资队伍建设,以此促进残障大学生就业。
Employment serves as the cornerstone of livelihood.For college students with disabilities to achieve full and high-quality employment,it is imperative to enhance the career guidance system within higher education institutions.As a comprehensive framework for employment services,the employment guidance system for students with disabilities is characterized by its continuity,multidimensionality,and involvement with multiple entities.It comprises and operates through modules such as personalized assessment,employment information collection,vocational skills training,psychological support,and resource integration.Currently,employment guidance systems for students with disabilities in universities face issues including fragmentation,homogenization of services,ineffective policy implementation,and a shortage of qualified instructors.Higher education institutions must optimize the existing employment guidance framework by constructing a tripartite collaborative ecosystem for employment support,enhancing targeted services,improving policy execution efficacy,and strengthening the development of professional instructor teams,thereby facilitating the employment of college students with disabilities.
