摘要
数字经济的快速发展为京津冀城市群经济韧性提供了有力支撑,将京津冀城市群作为研究对象,基于京津冀13个城市的样本数据,构建数字经济与城市经济韧性指标体系,采用耦合协调度模型测算数字经济与城市经济韧性的耦合协调度,并提出加强区域合作与资源共享,推动数字经济在京津冀城市群内均衡发展,提升抗风险能力等相关建议。
The rapid development of the digital economy provides a strong support for the economic resilience of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei Urban Agglomeration.Taking the Beijing Tianjin Hebei Urban Agglomeration as the research object,based on the sample data of 13 cities in Beijing Tianjin Hebei,this paper constructs the index system of digital economy and urban economic resilience,uses the coupling coordination degree model to measure the coupling coordination of digital economy and urban economic resilience,and puts forward relevant suggestions such as strengthening regional cooperation and resource sharing,promoting the balanced development of the digital economy in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei Urban Agglomeration,and improving the ability to resist risks.
