摘要
数字经济是我国产业链发展和韧性增强的重要构成,协调区域数字经济发展水平有助于增强我国产业链韧性。文章基于数字经济与产业链韧性发展的基本特征,通过实证检验数字经济发展对中国产业链韧性在“稳链”“补链”和“强链”等方面的影响。研究发现:(1)基于“抵抗力—复原力—生产力”三力协同靶向赋能视角的产业链韧性的测算结果显示,考察期内我国产业链韧性指数整体表现为波动上升态势,不同维度分解测算结果显示抵抗力维度和生产力维度的贡献率均较高;(2)数字经济发展对中国产业链韧性具有显著的正向促进作用,并通过数字基础设施建设、数字化转型和企业数字创新促进中国产业链韧性增强;(3)异质性分析结果显示,创新环境较好、市场化水平较高及对外开放程度高的地区,数字经济发展对增强中国产业链韧性的作用更显著。
Digital economy is an important component of the development and resilience enhancement of China’s industrial chains,and coordinating the development level of regional digital economy will help enhance the resilience of China’s industrial chains.Based on the basic characteristics of the development of digital economy and industrial chain resilience,this paper empirically examines the impact of digital economy development on the resilience of China’s industrial chains in terms of“stabilize chain”,“complement chains”and“strengthen chains”.The research findings are as follows:(1)The measurement results of industry chain resilience based on the perspective of“resistance-resilience-productivity”synergistic targeted energizing show that the overall resilience index of China’s industrial chains fluctuates and rises during the study period,and the measurement results of different dimensions of decomposition show that the contribution rates of both resistance dimension and productivity dimension are relatively high;(2)the development of digital economy has a significant positive role in promoting the resilience of China’s industrial chains,and promotes the resilience enhancement of China’s industrial chains through digital infrastructure construction,digital transformation and enterprise digital innovation;and(3)the results of heterogeneity analysis show that in regions with better innovation environment,higher marketization level and higher degree of opening up,the development of digital economy has a more significant role in enhancing the resilience of China’s industrial chain.
