摘要
干眼症是严重影响患者生活质量的常见眼病。本研究系统分析现有干眼症动物模型的构建方法、机制及临床吻合度。发现苯扎氯铵点眼、泪腺切除及低湿度环境是主流造模方法。现有模型多依赖西医病理学检查,与中西医临床诊断标准存在差异。结合行为学实验和中医证候评价的模型(如肝经郁热证模型)为建立符合中西医标准的动物模型提供了新方向。
Dry eye syndrome(DES)is a common ocular condition that significantly impairs patients'quality of life.This study systematically analyzes the construction methods,mechanisms,and clinical relevance of existing DES animal models.It indicates that benzalkonium chloride eye drops,lacrimal gland excision,and low-humidity environments are mainstream modeling approaches.Current models rely predominantly on Western pathological examinations and show discrepancies with integrated Chinese-Western diagnostic criteria.Models incorporating behavioral tests and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome evaluation(e.g.,liver channel stagnant heat syndrome)provide a novel direction for establishing animal models aligned with both medical systems.
