摘要
目的研究感知觉训练结合任务导向性运动康复对痉挛型脑瘫患儿感觉统合能力及静态姿势控制能力的影响。方法选取2023年3月—2024年6月天津市儿童医院收治的痉挛型脑瘫患儿84例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组患儿给予感知觉训练,观察组在对照组的基础上加以任务导向性运动康复,比较两组的临床干预效果。结果干预后,两组Berg平衡功能量表评分、6 min步行试验距离均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组改良Ashworth量表评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组粗大运动功能评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经过感知觉训练结合任务导向性运动康复治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿后,其感觉统合能力、平衡功能明显提高,可促进患儿尽快恢复,治疗效果好,临床应用价值高。
Objective To study the effects of sensory and perceptual training combined with task-oriented exercise rehabilitation on sensory integration and static postural control in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 84 children with spastic cerebral palsy treated in Tianjin Children’s Hospital from March 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 42 cases in each group by a random number table method.The control group received sensory and perceptual training,while the observation group received task-oriented exercise rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,both groups showed increased scores on the Berg balance scale and 6-minute walk test distance,with the observation group having higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).Both groups showed decreased scores on the modified Ashworth scale,with the observation group having lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).Both groups showed increased scores on the gross motor function measure,with the observation group having higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After sensory and perceptual training combined with task-oriented exercise rehabilitation,the children with spastic cerebral palsy can significantly improve their sensory integration ability and balance function,and promote their recovery as soon as possible,with good therapeutic effect and high clinical value.
