摘要
帕金森病是一种较为常见的老年神经退行性疾病,在中老年人中多发。由于目前其病因病理尚不明确,故缺乏有效的治疗手段。现有研究表明,运动疗法对治疗和缓解帕金森病具有良好的效果,将一些运动融入帕金森病患者的生活中也是较为便捷的治疗方法。此次研究整理归纳了近年来有关帕金森病的运动康复治疗资料,为相关运动处方研究提供所需的理论和实践依据。
Parkinson's disease(PD)is a common neurodegenerative disease in the elderly,which is common among middle-aged and elderly people.Due to the unclear etiology and pathology at present,there is a lack of effective treatment methods.Existing studies have shown that exercise therapy has a good effect on the treatment and relief of Parkinson's disease,and incorporating some exercise into the life of Parkinson's patients is also a convenient treatment method.The purpose of this study is to summarize the data of motor rehabilitation therapy for Parkinson's disease in recent years,and to provide the necessary theoretical and practical basis for related study of exercise prescription.
