摘要
推动文化产业与旅游产业融合发展是发展新质生产力的题中之义。当前文化旅游产业融合已由传统融合方式转向以新质生产力驱动高质量融合的新阶段,在新质生产力视域下测度文化旅游产业融合水平,是研判该区域创新发展的关键手段。研究基于新质生产力,从技术创新、要素创新、组织创新、人才创新、绿色创新五个维度构建文化产业和旅游产业发展评价指标体系,将耦合协调度模型和基于K熵的复杂系统协同度模型相结合,构建5分类评价体系,衡量2012—2022年我国各区域文化产业与旅游产业融合水平,揭示其在不同阶段下融合水平差异的主要成因,并提出5分类评价体系下各区域的文旅融合引导策略,为实施差别化策略以及推动不同区域文旅融合发展提供参考。实证结果表明,基于K熵的复杂系统协同度模型能够有效识别新质生产力视域下文旅融合的异质性和不平衡性,弥补耦合协调度模型在捕捉二者融合过程中动态变化方面的不足。
Promoting the integrated development of the cultural industry and the tourism industry is integral to developing new quality productive forces.Currently,the integration of cultural tourism has transitioned from traditional methods to a new stage driven by new quality productive forces,emphasizing high-quality integration.Measuring the level of cultural tourism integration from the perspective of new quality productive forces is a crucial means of assessing regional innovative development.Based on new quality productive forces,this study constructs an evaluation index system for the development of the cultural and tourism industries from five dimensions:technology,factors,organization,talent,and green.By combining the coupling coordination degree model with the K-entropy-based complex system synergy degree model,a five-category evaluation system is established to measure the integrated development level of China's regional cultural and tourism industries from 2012 to 2022.This approach reveals the main causes of disparities in levels of integrated development across different stages,and targeted strategies are proposed to guide cultural tourism integration for regions within the five-category evaluation system,providing a reference for implementing differentiated strategies and promoting integrated development in diverse regions.Empirical results demonstrate that the K-entropy-based complex system synergy degree model effectively identifies the heterogeneity and imbalance in cultural tourism integration from the perspective of new quality productive forces,addressing the limitations of the coupling coordination degree model in capturing dynamic changes during the integration process.
