摘要
该文聚焦德阳市在新时代“文化+科技”融合模式,探讨其在数字化转型背景下的创新路径与实践经验。通过分析文化与科技融合的时代背景、德阳的文化创新战略定位及其产业发展现状,系统梳理了数字化转型背景、政策支撑、产业现状及面临的关键瓶颈,提出了双轮驱动的现实图景与面临的技术与协同生态瓶颈。基于系统论和跨界治理视角,研究构建了“文化—科技”共生模式,并结合长三角与成渝双城经济圈的成功经验,提出德阳可借鉴的策略。在此基础上,探讨了如何通过制度赋能、技术突围、双链闭环模式及长效动能激发,推动文化科技融合的可持续发展,形成德阳特色的文化创新路径,为区域文化产业的高质量发展提供可复制、可推广的示范和参考。
This paper focuses on the"Culture+Technology"integration model in the cultural system reform of Deyang City in the new era,and explores its innovative paths and practical experiences under the background of digital transformation.By analyzing the era background of the integration of culture and technology,the cultural innovation strategic positioning of Deyang City and its current industrial development status,the study systematically examines the background of digital transformation,policy support,industrial status,and key bottlenecks encountered.It presents the realistic picture of dual-wheel drive and the technical and collaborative ecological bottlenecks faced.Based on the perspectives of systems theory and cross-border governance,a"Culture-Technology"symbiotic model is constructed,and combined with the successful experiences of the Yangtze River Delta and the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle,strategies that Deyang City can draw on are proposed.On this basis,it discusses how to promote the sustainable development of the integration of culture and technology through institutional empowerment,technological breakthroughs,a dual-chain closed-loop model,and the stimulation of long-term dynamic energy,and form a characteristic cultural innovation path for Deyang City,providing replicable and scalable demonstrations and references for the high-quality development of regional cultural industries.
