摘要
在数字经济与国家战略的推动下,数字技术与体育产业的深度融合已成为驱动产业高质量发展的核心引擎。数字技术通过资源配置优化、创新激励、消费释放与协同治理四大效应,重构体育产业生态,激活市场主体,拓展消费空间,并提升监管效能。当前,数字技术赋能体育产业高质量发展面临基础环境薄弱、市场主体活力不足、消费场景碎片化、数据治理滞后等现实瓶颈。应从完善顶层设计、加强数字基础设施建设、培育市场主体、拓展消费空间及优化监管体系等方面强化政策举措,推动体育产业实现质的有效提升与量的合理增长。
The deep integration of digital technology and the sports industry has emerged as a central driving force for high-quality development.Digital technology reshape the sports industry ecosystem,stimulate market entities,broaden consumption scenarios,and enhance regulatory efficiency through four key mechanisms—optimized resource allocation,innovation incentives,consumption expansion and collaborative governance.Several practical obstacles currently hinder the digital-empowered high-quality development,including an underdeveloped foundational environment,insufficient dynamism of market entities,fragmented consumption patterns,and inadequate data governance.A systematic implementation path should be established to accelerate the development of the sports industry,including improving top-level design,upgrading digital infrastructure,fostering market entities,expanding consumption spaces,and refining regulatory frameworks.
